These terms apply to your use of the Peak Male website and purchases from Peak Male, designed and published by Evander Art Studio in the Philippines. By using the website or completing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.
Products and information
Peak Male provides general educational fitness content, printable organization tools, and guided journals. Product descriptions state the format and included files. We may correct errors, update product information, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary.
Fitness disclaimer
Peak Male content is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or a substitute for individualized guidance from an appropriately qualified professional. Exercise involves risk. Choose activities appropriate for your ability, stop when concerning symptoms occur, and seek appropriate professional care when needed. Results vary and no particular physical transformation is guaranteed.
Orders and payments
Prices are displayed in the store currency unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when checkout is completed and payment is confirmed or, for a free product, when the free checkout is completed. We may cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, duplicate transaction, fraud concern, or technical failure.
Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email used at checkout. You are responsible for entering an accessible email address and keeping download links and files secure.
Personal-use license
Unless a product page states otherwise, one purchase grants one individual buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may store the files on personal devices and print reasonable copies for yourself. You may not share, upload, resell, redistribute, rebrand, translate, reproduce, or use the content inside a paid coaching service, course, membership, app, client program, classroom, or organization without separate written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or delivery systems, submit fraudulent information, or use Peak Male materials in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Refunds and delivery
Digital-product refunds and delivery issues are handled under the Digital Product and Refund Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
