Digital Product and Refund Policy

Most Peak Male ebooks and printables are digital downloads. Digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned after access or delivery.
General policy
Completed digital-product purchases are generally final. Customers should review the product description, included files, format details, equipment requirements, and sample images before purchasing.
Requests we will review
- A duplicate charge for the same order
- A broken download link or corrupted file
- No file access after a confirmed successful payment
- A delivered file materially different from the product description
Email evanderalonzo.ph@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and a clear description or screenshot of the issue. We may first provide a corrected link, replacement file, or technical assistance when that resolves the problem.
Change-of-mind purchases
We generally do not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to use the product, or purchasing the wrong item after the digital file has been delivered or accessed.
Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right or remedy that applies under law. Approved refunds, when applicable, are returned through the available original payment method and may require additional provider processing time.
