Are the ebooks and printables physical products?
No. Products marked digital are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped for a digital purchase.
How are digital files delivered?
After a successful payment, the downloadable file is made available through Shopify's order confirmation and the email address used at checkout.
Can I print the planner and scorecard?
Yes. The printable packs include both A4 and US Letter versions for personal use.
Is the 12-Week Transformation Journal a physical product?
Yes, once the final manufactured edition launches. The current draft listing is a prototype preview while binding, paper, cover specifications, inventory, and shipping are finalized.
Are the workouts for complete beginners?
The beginner products use short sessions, easier movement options, and gradual progression guidance. Customers should still read the readiness and safety guidance and choose movements appropriate for their current ability.
Do I need gym equipment?
The launch workout guides are designed for home use with minimal or no equipment. Each product page states its requirements.
Can I share, resell, or use the files with clients?
No. Standard purchases are licensed to one buyer for personal use only. Commercial, coaching, group, classroom, and organizational use require a separate written license.
Can I request a refund?
Digital purchases are generally final after delivery or access because the files cannot be physically returned. Duplicate charges, broken downloads, corrupted files, or a product materially different from its listing will be reviewed under the Digital Product and Refund Policy.
